Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant - Remote w/ Travel - 4-5 Month w/ Strong Likelihood of Ongoing Rolling Contracts

Our client is executing on a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation project based in TX. This project is a true-end-end Oracle HCM implementation wherein they need someone to come in and handle the Benefits Module portion of the project. You will be required to periodically travel and interface with internal stakeholders as well as clients.

Term: 4-5 Months - Strong Probability of Extension - On average contractor stints last 2 years or convert to FTE.

Location: Full Remote w/ travel to client site.

Hourly Rate: Up to $110hr

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years in a Functional Lead role
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with the Benefits Module within Oracle HCM
  • At least two completed end-to-end implementation projects with the Oracle HCM Benefits Module
  • Oracle HCM certs preferred.
