AI/ML Engineer

Rate: $110K - $140K

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python-based frameworks and capable of delivering production-ready solutions using modern tools and APIs. Experience in healthcare data is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch
Build and maintain scalable APIs for model serving with FastAPI
Containerize and orchestrate ML applications using Docker
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production environments
Optimize performance and monitor deployed models to ensure reliability and scalability
Work with structured and unstructured datasets, applying statistical and ML techniques to drive insights

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development
Proven experience developing and deploying APIs using FastAPI
Experience with Docker for containerization and environment management
Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain ML models in production

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain
Familiarity with data security and compliance in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
