iO Associates are delighted to be recruiting for a well regarded early stage biotech company based in Boston. Due to new headcount growth they are adding a Senior Data Scientist to join their existing team. This role will involve leading end-to-end analytics, from data ingestion to statistical analysis, modeling, and more.

Role Summary:
You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing computational and statistical methodologies for autoantibody-based target and biomarker discovery. Collaborating cross functionally to translate findings into practicle insights.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement computational and statistical methodologies for target and biomarker discovery
Build pipelines to integrate data from various sources.
Define and maintain computable cohorts and phenotypes
Conduct association studies
Present insights to stakeholders, both internally and externally

Essential Skills & Experience:

PhD (or MS with equivalent experience)
2+ years experience analyzing large biomedical real-world datasets
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Strong statistical and ML
Excellent communication and project management skills
