Chief Technology Officer - CTO

Location: USA (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced CTO to lead the technical vision and strategy of our client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, as well as the ability to manage a team and drive projects from start to finish. Our client use Javascript/Typescript Technologies across heavily so you'll need to have a background in React/Angular etc.

You'll need to have experience scaling teams and working in start-up environments as our client has a small team of 15-20 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategy for the e-commerce platforms
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers and developers
• Ensure the scalability and security of the platforms
• Work with product and design teams to define and launch new features and products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in e-commerce technology leadership
• Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of security and scalability in e-commerce
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
