About the Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to play a key role in the post-go-live stabilization and optimization of NetSuite at a defense manufacturing organization. This role will focus on bridging the gap between business users and technical teams - ensuring workflows are documented, requirements are clearly translated, and the system delivers maximum value across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA with strong NetSuite experience who enjoys working closely with end users, analyzing processes, and making continuous improvements stick.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Go-Live Stabilization & Optimization

  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from end users across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.

  • Support backlog refinement for stabilization issues and enhancements.

  • Partner with functional consultants and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Workflow & Process Improvement

  • Analyze and document "as-is" vs "to-be" workflows.

  • Recommend process improvements and system configurations to improve efficiency, compliance, and adoption.

  • Create SOPs, quick guides, and user-facing documentation for NetSuite processes.

Training & Adoption

  • Support end-user training sessions by developing role-based materials and reinforcing best practices.

  • Act as the "voice of the user" when testing and validating fixes or enhancements.

Testing & Release Management

  • Assist in UAT planning, test script creation, and execution for system fixes and NetSuite upgrades.

  • Validate enhancements and ensure regression testing is documented and repeatable.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of ERP/NetSuite Business Analyst experience.

  • Hands-on exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules.

  • Prior involvement in post-go-live support or ERP stabilization projects preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite processes, workflows, saved searches, and reporting.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

  • Familiarity with integrations, release testing, and system documentation.
