We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join an established team, someone who is hands on, but has a desire to move into a more hands off role in the future.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be focussing on developing a high-bandwidth actuator that works with vehicle mechanics. This will be crucial for the durability and performance of the company's product.

In the role, you will be:

  • Develop Simulation Tools with Matlab or Simulink
  • Define system requirements and testing methods
  • Lead team to design experiments, write test standards, and coordinate with other teams to conduct testing on actuators/vehicles.
  • Develop robust models of durability damage, environmental conditions, and use cases that our product sees in the field and translate these back into improved system requirements and ultimately better designs.
  • Support team on root-cause investigations from actuator and vehicle testing.
  • Defining the fundamental architecture for the next generation of products.


You should be familiar with:

  • Experience with automotive suspension design
  • Demonstrated expertise in systems modelling in Matlab/Simulink environments.
  • Working understanding of vehicle attitude and stability control theory.
  • 5+ years' experience in technical engineering role
