Senior DevOps Manager

So - I'm working with a late-stage start-up based in Tampa but operate remotely. They are on the search for a Senior DevOps Manager to lead a small DevOps/Infrastructure team and help scale their business. It's an excellent opportunity to progress your career in years to come.

In this position you'll lead the DevOps & Infrastructure team who aim to create, deploy, manage, and scale infrastructure across a wide range of clients and in-house systems. Some of the responsibilities include:

• Improving current process and procedures, and establishing more efficient ways for the team to operate & communicate
• Establish a technical vision & objectives for the team and align these with other teams.
• Maintaining production, staging, and development environments in a large distributed system.
• Building and maintaining a disaster recovery plan, minimizing RPO and RTO

If you have previous experience of leading a DevOps or SRE team and have some working knowledge with AWS, Kubernetes & Terraform, then my client and I would love to consider your application.
