Matt leads the permanent recruitment team in Tampa who partner with their clients to build and scale Cloud, DevOps, Data, Security and Software Development. Outside of work, Matt enjoys socialising with Friends, golf, fitness and watching sport.
Matt is client-facing and has a personal & consultative approach to recruitment. Matt has been in Cloud-Tech staffing for 5 years partnering with early-stage start-ups to fortune 500 companies to build out Cloud & DevOps teams.
Matt is Divisional Lead for the DevOps department within iO US which specialises in placing Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud Architecture and Data professionals into the private/commercial sector.
Matt has a consultative approach with a client-centric focus working closely with new and existing clients to provide solutions and help scale their DevOps teams. His particular area of expertise is in Full-Time employment with a niche in the AWS space. He believes that there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach to recruitment and each recruitment process should be flexible and tailored to the client and current market environment.
