An innovative tech company is looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join their team on a Perm basis. The firm is headquartered in Washington DC and operates on a hybrid basis.
The firm are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with advanced experience working with ML Models, NLP, LLMs, and automated Data Pipelines. This role will be involve working with members of the data science and analytics team to transform insights powered by AI.
Responsibilities:
- Developing multi-layered deployment architectures for machine learning models
- Utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Knime, and Looker
- Implementing data governance frameworks and conducting thorough data testing
- Enabling continuous integration and delivery of data products into production
- Fostering an inclusive culture that values excellence and prioritizes both engineering growth and personal well-being
- Serving as a mentor to junior engineers, fostering craftsmanship and promoting operational excellence in areas such as system reliability, automation, data quality, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- 8+ years of Machine Learning experience
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience designing and building pipelines for production level ML Models
