Lead Software Engineer

I have a client that are a very successful Financial Services company based in Florida. Their business model allows them to scale and meet the growing Investment Advisor demands. This means that you would be joining a fast-growing company with the potential to implement your experience and knowledge to mold within your own team, while being backed by a top industry player.

The position is for a Lead Software Engineer. This is a hands-on technical lead position where you will be leading a team of 2-3 engineers, responsible for the processing of account opening and account maintenance requests. The ideal Engineer will have 4+ years leadership experience with a 30% Leadership 70% hands on coding split.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work in a well-established company with the opportunity to shape an existing team. Their following tech stack is:

• C#
• .NET Core
• SQL
• Experience with AWS environments, Jenkins and Nodejs is a major plus but not a deal breaker.

Required: US Citizens or Green Card Holders

This is a Fully remote position with the option of a hybrid model if you are local to Tampa or Gainesville.
