Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and collaborating across departments to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through diverse outreach channels
- Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of the organization to potential clients
- Contribute to refining the go-to-market strategy by providing valuable insights and feedback
- Represent the company at industry events and forums to strengthen its market presence
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, particularly within fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of successfully building and converting sales pipelines
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous involvement in go-to-market planning or collaboration with marketing teams
