We're supporting a funded stealth-mode biotech company on the West Coast. As they prepare for critical development milestones, they are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join their team on a full-time consulting basis, with potential to transition into a permanent leadership role.

🔍 What We're Looking For:

A board-certified Rheumatologist (MD or equivalent)
Proven experience in biotech or pharma, ideally within a small to mid-sized company setting
Strong background in clinical development and/or medical affairs
West Coast-based (or flexible to work in PST hours with occasional travel)
