Are you a technically savvy client advocate with a passion for advertising technology? One of our high-growth Adtech clients is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to bridge the gap between their cutting-edge product offering and the success of their enterprise clients.

About the Role:


As a Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as the strategic and technical point of contact for key accounts. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver seamless onboarding, proactive troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization. You'll not only solve problems, you'll anticipate them.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own post-sales technical relationships with enterprise clients

  • Drive successful onboarding, integrations, and ongoing platform usage

  • Act as a technical advisor, translating business goals into product solutions

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams

  • Deliver insights and reporting that drive real business value

  • Champion customer feedback and influence product roadmap

What We're Looking For:


  • 3-5+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, Ad Ops)

  • Experience within the Adtech/Martech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, etc.)

  • Strong grasp of digital advertising concepts (programmatic, attribution, targeting)

  • Proficiency in SQL and APIs - You're comfortable speaking both tech and business

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset

  • You must be based in Florida (Remote role)
