iO Associates are currently partnered with a mission-driven AI- company focused on safety and research and they are seeking a Program Manager to support a high-impact Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role will be instrumental in driving the implementation of an enterprise-grade Auth0 solution and helping lead organizational change efforts across the business.
You'll collaborate with a thoughtful, security-conscious team working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and responsible innovation. If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the implementation of IAM programs, with a focus on Auth0 integration.
* Manage a team of 3 developers working on the Auth0 project, ensuring delivery milestones are met.
* Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders.
* Drive organizational change efforts across a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
* Ensure effective communication, documentation, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) while navigating Waterfall elements where applicable.
* Track progress, report status, and escalate issues or blockers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing IAM (Identity and Access Management) initiatives - Auth0 experience is a significant plus.
* Strong background in organizational change management, ideally within large enterprise environments.
* Experience working with Agile development teams and managing cross-functional and technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM).
* Familiarity with IAM tools, cloud identity platforms, and security frameworks.
* Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus.
This is a full time, permanent role that is remote to U.S. Citizens and Greencard holders.
