My client, a leading provider of ERP solutions for manufacturing and industrial sectors, is seeking a SyteLine Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work and occasional travel to client sites.
Role:
As a SyteLine Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering ERP implementations for our manufacturing and industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, configuration, training, and post-go-live support for SyteLine solutions (v9 and above).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for SyteLine implementations
Configure SyteLine modules such as LCM, Inventory, Shop Floor, Finance, and RBAC
Collaborate closely with clients as a super user or business analyst to ensure successful onboarding and training
Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
Document system processes, user guides, and SOPs
Work with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement consulting

Essential Skills & Experience:

5-7 years of experience in SyteLine ERP implementations
Proficiency in core modules and business process mapping within SyteLine
Experience working with Infor customers in manufacturing industry environments
Knowledge of factor track, mobility, or Burst (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong documentation, client communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of additional modules or functionalities within SyteLine
