Site Reliability Engineer/ Staff Engineer

I'm looking for a DevOps Engineer, with a background in software development to join this company as a Site Reliability Engineer/ Staff Engineer. Keen to lead teams of developers and work as 100% hands on senior figure in a late-stage start-up, whose mission is to revolutionise how first responders communicate and react to 911 calls.

Their applications/solutions redefine how first responders and other public safety personnel work, increasing productivity and reducing error.

Their active technology stack is:

• AWS - They deploy their services in a fully cloud native serverless environment.
• CI/CD
• Kubernetes/ EKS Stack
• Python
• Terraform

The above isn't a wish list, you'll get the opportunity build and expand on your technology stack in these areas, if you're strong in AWS and Python you'll be a brilliant fit here.

Although this position is being advertised as an SRE/ Staff engineer there is hope that the right individual could be fast-tracked to becoming the Director of engineering here.

The role is an FTE position, 100% remote and offers an incredibly appealing comp package (15% bonus, equity options, unlimited PTO, flexi hours).
