Our client is looking for a Manager of Data Science to enhance their internal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of advanced analytics and AI technologies to optimize processes, manage risks, and drive decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams including business partners, sales, marketing, and finance to implement data-driven solutions that benefit multiple areas of the organization.
  • Communicate data insights clearly to senior leadership and translate technical findings into actionable strategies. Foster a culture of innovation and continual learning within the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and team development. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Understand the organization's goals and market dynamics to drive business growth and profitability.


Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in Data Science focused positions building machine learning and statistical models (regression analysis, cluster analysis, optimization, CLV, etc.)
  • Experience with:
    • Python or R
    • SQL
    • Azure or AWS
    • Big Data technologies.
  • Experience championing data quality.
