We're partnering with an innovative IT services provider that's looking for a Network Systems Administrator / Team Lead to take full ownership of a complex, enterprise-grade network environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can balance technical depth with team management and operational strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a small, capable team of network engineers and admins

Managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

Supporting multicast and broadcast network environments, with a focus on performance and uptime

Driving improvements in network monitoring, security posture, and system reliability

Documenting network topologies, procedures, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior network or systems admin role with team leadership responsibilities

Strong understanding of data center networking, routing/switching, and incident response

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or DataDog

Exposure to multicast networking and video streaming technologies is a plus

Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python) is a bonus

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred
