iO Associates are partnered with a VC backed AI powered DevSecOps tool who are looking for a start-up experienced marketer to partner with the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping their GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a targeted marketing plan focused on key accounts, ensuring campaigns are customized to reach decision-makers and influencers within those accounts.

  • Product Expertise and Messaging: Gain a deep understanding of our product's strengths, competitive advantages, and market fit. Craft messaging that highlights its unique value to specific audiences within target accounts.

  • Account Identification and Prioritization: Determine and prioritize important contacts within key accounts based on their potential strategic value to the business.

  • Tailored Marketing Campaigns: Launch personalized marketing initiatives using multiple channels-such as digital ads, direct mail, social media, events, and custom content-designed to engage and nurture critical accounts throughout their journey.

  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with the sales team to produce tailored resources, such as account-specific playbooks, presentations, and competitive battle cards, to enhance sales efforts and increase engagement with key prospects.

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Create and execute targeted programs that drive qualified leads and increase the number of high-quality prospects for the sales team.

  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Set up systems to monitor the success of marketing campaigns. Use data analytics to evaluate performance and continually improve tactics for better outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: As the business scales, play a leading role in hiring and managing a talented marketing team to expand the company's marketing capabilities.

  • Define Marketing Tools: Identify and implement the necessary marketing technology stack for account-based marketing, including platforms for targeted ads, lead tracking, AI-assisted calls, and email outreach.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in account-based and/or product marketing.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or within a tech startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Data-focused, with strong analytical skills.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to take initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Location:

This role is based in New York City with an expectation of working in the office three days per week.

Reporting:

You will report directly to the CEO and Co-Founder.
