Job Title: Ping Identity Developer

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 (Not open to third parties)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ping Identity Developer to join our team. As a Ping Identity Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing identity solutions using Ping Identity products. This is a fully remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Integrate Ping Identity solutions with existing applications and infrastructure.
  • Develop custom connectors, policies, and workflows to enhance IAM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ping Identity implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the deployment and post-deployment phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and Ping Identity products.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and solution demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Ping Identity Developer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID).
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
  • Experience with API integrations and development.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related IAM integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Ping Identity products.
  • Experience with Okta and/or SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior consulting experience.
