My client, a leading global life sciences powerhouse dedicated to innovation needs a visionary AI Strategy Leader to spearhead the transformative AI initiatives in the US human pharmaceuticals space. You'll have a close partnership with key decision makers to align and deliver AI efforts with strategic goals and help bring groundbreaking solutions to this industry.

You will be:

Guide multiple departments and teams on AI strategy - scientific through to operational.
Set organization-wide goals and advise on roadmaps.
Regularly assess AI activity with the wider company objectives
Lead deployment of AI frameworks

You will have:

MSc or PhD in related field
A strong track record for managing strategic AI initiatives within the Life Sciences environment
Proven leadership experience across multiple teams
An understanding of measuring ROI against specific projects
Likely held both analytical/data science and project management roles
Ability to communicate at all levels - tech/non-tech

This position is primarily onsite in Cambridge, MA with a hybrid work schedule.
