Grant Writer / Grants Manager - Biotech

We are recruiting for an experienced Grant Writer to support a growing biotech company focused on advancing innovative therapies. This role combines hands-on grant writing with post-award management, offering the opportunity to shape high-impact programs through non-dilutive funding.

Responsibilities

Write and submit competitive grant applications to federal, international, and philanthropic funders
Partner with scientific, finance, and leadership teams to shape proposals and budgets
Track opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements
Prepare supporting documents including CVs and biosketches
Oversee awarded grants, including reporting, compliance, and funder communication

Requirements

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in life sciences or biomedical field preferred
Proven success in grant writing within biotech, pharma, or academic research
Excellent scientific writing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
Familiarity with federal funding systems and grant mechanisms
Post-award grant management experience is a plus
