Full Stack AI Software Engineer (First Hire)
Location: New York City - Hybrid
Compensation: $200,000 + Equity

Lead the technical vision at a well-backed startup revolutionizing efficiency in the pharma industry through AI.

As the first full-time engineer, you will drive the development of a next-generation platform that automates and accelerates critical processes in drug development. You'll have ownership over system architecture, technical standards and product direction from the outset.

Key opportunities/ responsibilities include:

Build and scale the AI centric platform using Python, React and Java/TypeScript.
Collaborate with customers to shape the platform's evolution.
Position yourself for leadership as the company scales, with potential to shape the engineering culture and direction.
Work with advanced AI, LLMs, and vision models in a fast-paced, resourceful setting backed by top-tier investors and a robust runway.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
1. Early-stage start-ups
2. Building from the ground up, 0-1
3. Being a sole Full Stack contributor in a team of 1
4. Pharma / Biotech industry
5. AI product software engineering (using Python/React/ Java/ TypeScript)
