Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will be responsible for optimizing and scaling operational processes to support growth trajectory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background who can streamline current processes, implement best practices, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership within the digital marketing or similar industry, driving performance improvements and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our growth objectives and business goals.
  • Streamline and optimize existing operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning processes to support financial health and sustainability.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve and innovate our operational strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading operational teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in scaling teams and operations in a rapidly growing environment is highly desirable.
