Responsibilities

• Establishes and guides the enterprise's generative AI initiative.
• Coordinates with diverse stakeholders to craft and implement successful solutions.
• Integrates analytical models into operational use with collaboration across tech and ML Ops teams.
• Oversees, develops, and retains a talented team of data scientists.
• Identifies, designs, and gains approval for innovative data science applications.
• Communicates effectively across various channels internally and externally.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and serves as the analytics authority in interactions with internal and external partners.

Required qualifications.

• Holds a graduate-level degree in quantitative fields like statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or similar.
• Brings over 10 years of experience in predictive analytics with large datasets, utilizing both parametric and non-parametric statistical modeling techniques.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in regularization, variable selection, feature creation, validation procedures, and developing new model performance metrics.
• Possesses substantial programming skills in R, Python, SPARK, SQL, along with familiarity with professional software development processes.
• Shows proficiency in deploying real-time models into production environments, with detailed experience in NLP and generative AI solutions development and integration.
