Business Analyst Director

We are looking for a seasoned AI focused Business Analyst to join our clients growing team. This person will be responsible for bridging communications between the Data organization and business unit stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Align business and technology teams to define, analyze, and document data needs for strategic business initiatives.
Integrate and manage new data requests into data pipelines.
Proactively evaluate reporting systems and analytics needs, offering solutions and developing data pipelines for efficient reporting and analysis.
Creating an integrated roadmap for business data products.
Evaluate current workflows, document current data products and processes.
Envision future workflows aligned with the data strategy.
Champion Data Governance through the Data organization

Requirements:

Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or similar field.
10+ years hands-on data experience.
Tech stack:
- Strong Python, R, or SAS Experience
- Expert in SQL
- Experience with cloud environments (Snowflake, AWS)
Financial Service industry experience
