Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the financial services space to take on a 6+ month contract, hybrid in Boston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current derivative-related processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
• Work closely with technology teams to implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of new processes and system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to derivatives trading processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of derivatives products and trading processes.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and system implementation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as trading platforms and risk management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
