Business Data Systems Analyst (Commercial Pharma)

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Pharma

Location: Boston, MA (Hyrbrid)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial pharmaceutical initiatives.
• Utilize your expertise in commercial pharma to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
• Create, document, and improve procedures to remove friction from the operations of the reporting platform.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and stakeholders' expectations.
• Engage with their internal business team stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements, and trace requirements through release lifecycle through UAT.
• Work with their data warehouse staff to create data sets to satisfy the requirements of the business units, and deliver the data sets consistently to the reporting vendor.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on COMMERCIAL PHARMA.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and distribution processes.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
