App Engagement Manager (Fully Remote)

We are on the search for an App Engagement Manager. This person will take the lead in maximizing revenue opportunities within the app for our client's IoT product, working at promoting the in app offered subscriptions.   1. App Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive app marketing strategies to increase user engagement and drive in-app subscription purchases.
  2. Subscription Upselling:

    • Design and execute targeted campaigns to promote and upsell app subscriptions, maximizing revenue opportunities.
    • Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize upselling strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
  3. User Retention:

    • Implement retention strategies to enhance user loyalty and reduce churn.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app engagement, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
    • Generate regular reports and insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives.


  1. Prior Experience:

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on app marketing.
    • Proven track record of driving user engagement and successful subscription upselling.
  2. Start-up Experience:

    • Experience working in a startup environment is a significant plus, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
  3. Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Communication:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a 6 Month, Contract to hire opportunity. Fully Remote.
