Technical Sales Lead - IOT

iO Associates are currently recruiting a Technical Sales for our innovative and rapidly growing client who operate in the IOT space. Our client use current technology in revolutionary ways to provide connectivity across the globe. They have developed a market leading, and patented suite of products and are looking for candidates who can help scale and grow the company through customer acquisition.
We are seeking a Sales Lead, who will be leading OEM partnerships. You will need to be someone tech savvy within Networking and Embedded environments, and also someone who can develop and win key high value relationships with customers.

You will be required to:

  • Identify OEM opportunities, develop technical specifications into industry-specific use cases and translate features into value propositions.
  • Communicate to internal business entities, features, functionality and capabilities they would need to address current and future requirements.
  • Work closely with OEM partners on desired solution capabilities, architecture design, integration and solution
  • Lead Demos/Workshops (technical perspective) and owns solution scope definition (incl. commercial trials)
  • Own and actively develops relationships with OEM partners' technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to and defines the E2E technical strategy towards the segment and customer

Required skills/experience:

  • A creative and results-driven senior OEM partner sales professional
  • Extensive experience in technical design and architecture for OEM partner solutions
  • Strong experience in WiFi, Small cell or Mesh networking architecture
  • Experience in Network Architectures, APIs and SDKs
