Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.

• Agile and Scrum Leadership:

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
  • Coach and guide teams in Agile practices and principles to improve delivery velocity and quality.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external interferences to ensure optimal performance.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Technical Oversight:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile and SaaS project management.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, SaaS architectures, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Certifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
