ERP Manager - SyteLine

We're looking for an experienced ERP Manager with deep SyteLine expertise to oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our multisite ERP system. This role will be key in aligning business processes with technology, driving operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administration and support of the SyteLine ERP system.
Identify and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
Work with business units to align ERP capabilities with operational needs.
Maintain and develop custom workflows, reports, and configurations.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
Oversee integrations between SyteLine and third-party systems.
Support data integrity, security, and compliance initiatives.
Provide user training and create support documentation to boost adoption.
Lead and support ERP-related projects, process improvements, and system upgrades.
Stay current with SyteLine updates, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience with SyteLine ERP administration and support.
Strong understanding of business operations-especially in accounting, inventory, manufacturing, order management, and CRM.
Experience with SyteLine customization tools, reporting, and dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
