Systems & Network Admin

Provides operational support for core processing and infrastructure support systems
Assists with service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement of all network and server infrastructure
Provides management and support of the company's infrastructure services
Provides subject matter expertise on security compliance
Provides subject matter expertise for all disaster recovery planning and continuity of operations
Maintains build, configuration, and inventory of end-user computing equipment including operating systems and Office 365
Tests and evaluates software and hardware for reliability and functionality
Procures and implements new software and hardware systems in alignment with the company's strategic plans
Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with customers, suppliers, and outside contacts
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with area staff, other departments, and with management
