Senior Data Architect Developer
Join a leading healthcare organization in expanding its Enterprise Data Analytics team. We are seeking a Senior Data Architect Developer to drive strategic initiatives in data architecture and integration within a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data architecture solutions, leveraging Epic Caboodle as the enterprise data warehouse (EDW).
  • Develop integration frameworks and oversee ETL processes to ensure efficient data workflows and seamless data ingestion.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies, with plans to transition to cloud environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data architects, integrators, and analysts to enhance data governance and reporting capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Epic Caboodle in medium to large health systems.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS, data modeling, and SQL database management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Epic Cogito tools, and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Epic certifications (Caboodle) and educational background in Computer Science or related fields preferred.
