Senior Software/Data Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-growing Series A SaaS startup to find a seasoned Software/Data Engineer who can take ownership of their data architecture and reporting systems from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and wants to shape how data drives business decisions. Responsibilities:

Build and manage data pipelines that move and transform information from source systems into Snowflake. Prioritize automation, reliability, and scalability to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
Create enterprise dashboards for data access
Develop scalable data models and define warehouse structures that capture core business activities such as user behavior, purchases, and engagement, while establishing a consistent set of metrics and dimensions for use across the organization.
Design foundational infrastructure

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (MS desired)
6+ years of working experience in start-up environments
Expert in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and other modern data stack tools.
Strong Python experience
BI Experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Start-up experience a must
Strong communications/stakeholder management experience.
