Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robust Identity Management (IDM) solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and seamless system integrations
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IDM infrastructure
Maintain best practices in security and compliance within all IDM processes

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
In-depth understanding of authentication protocols, access control models, and security best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications in Identity Management (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock)
Experience with cloud-based IAM/IDM platforms (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD)
Familiarity with scripting and automation for IAM processes
