RPA Developer

We're partnering with a growing firm to find an RPA Developer. If you have experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to drive automation using Power Apps and Power Automate, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to offer expert guidance and pinpoint areas for process automation and enhancement.
  • Analyze existing workflows to uncover automation opportunities and design solutions based on RPA requirements.
  • Create and set up automation workflows utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and refine automation scripts.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing across various environments.
  • Perform end-to-end testing
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows
  • Create user guides and operational manuals for the processes
  • Provide ongoing support for RPA bots to handle any business process issues or changes


Qualifications

  • BS Degree
  • 4+ years of RPA experience.
  • Working experience in MS Power Apps / Power Automate platform
  • Proficient in all aspects of software development lifecycle
  • FinServ industry experience with associated IT systems a plus
  • Strong experience translating technical solutions to non-technical audience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience (line-workers, middle management, executives)
  • Ability to effectively communicate analysis (verbally and written)
  • Eagerness to be responsive at all times
  • Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments
