Product Manager - Storefront Site Experience

iO Associates is partnered with a fast-growing consultancy supporting a leading eCommerce brand to hire a Product Manager for their Storefront Experience team.

In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for customer-facing features, driving improvements to navigation, site responsiveness, conversion rate, and average order value. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions across a multi-tenant Shopify Plus environment.

What you'll be doing:

Shaping the product strategy for the Storefront Experience team.
Delivering innovative Shopify Plus features to enhance the customer journey.
Optimizing theme setup and configuration for operational improvements.
Evaluating new opportunities in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and integrations.
Partnering with technical and non-technical teams to deliver projects from concept to launch.

What we're looking for:

3-5+ years in product management with a strong eCommerce background.
Deep Shopify Plus experience (themes, apps, API integrations, checkout extensibility).
Proven track record improving CRO and user experience.
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, and business functions.
Agile delivery experience.
