Our Client, a international manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Business Analyst to join their team. As the company continues to grow through acquisitions, this role will be instrumental in assessing, integrating, and optimizing business processes across newly acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Epicor P21, focusing on order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and identify system functionality gaps.
Lead the integration of acquired businesses into the existing P21 environment through data migration, configuration, testing, and user training.
Develop and document workflows, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Work with IT to configure P21 modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure efficient system usage.
Analyze business performance data from P21 to support decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process alignment across acquisitions.
Monitor and recommend best practices for maximizing Epicor P21 capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Hands-on experience with P21 system configurations, workflows, and reporting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and distribution processes.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and M&A system consolidation projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, or other reporting/analytics tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
