Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant

We are hiring an Oracle Cloud SCM Specialist for a project that involves managing and enhancing a Data Lake/Data Warehouse built on Azure. The client uses Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM as the data source for the Azure Data Lakehouse and aims to expand the Supply Chain data model within this infrastructure. The SCM Consultant in this role will help to define and develop Supply Chain data models in the Azure Data Lakehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the data modeling team to enhance the Supply Chain data model in the Azure Data Lakehouse.
• Provide expertise on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain data, business processes, terminology, and concepts.
• Identify and explain major tables and data structures within the Oracle Cloud ERP data model for Supply Chain.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the integration of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain data into the Azure Data Lakehouse.
• (Bonus) Utilize knowledge of Oracle BICC and Oracle Cloud Apps PVOs related to Supply Chain to enhance data integration and modeling.
• (Bonus) Apply experience with data warehouse data models, such as Star Schema, to ensure efficient and effective data storage and retrieval.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain data and business processes.
• Strong understanding of how Supply Chain data is stored and managed in Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data modelers and other technical experts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
