  • A strong start-up mentality: independent, resourceful, problem-solving solo and comfortable with a fast-moving lean operation

  • Detail-oriented and uncompromising on lab and animal welfare standards

Technical expertise:

  • Experience administering treatments to rodents via intranasal, intrathecal, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes, plus ability to perform EEG/EMG surgeries independently
  • Proven ability to handle all aspects of rodent colony management, including drug measurement, dilution, preparation, and data logging
  • Comfortable with surgical prep, aseptic technique, and post-operative care
  • Adept at following complex protocols and keeping detailed study records
  • PhD in Biological Sciences, Neuroscience, Pharmacology (or closely related field). Prior biotech or academic experience is essential.
