iO Associates are currently working with a new and exciting DAO Web3 trading company who are looking to establish themselves in the market. The company are being incubated by a much larger and established Blockchain company, and the future roadmap looks extremely exciting.
We are looking to hire a Head of Technology to help lead and grow the engineering function. This will be a hands-on role, and we are looking for someone at a Senior/Lead Engineering level who is looking to make the step up into a Head of Technology role. The role offers someone the opportunity to have fully visibility and control over all aspects of the engineering process, and ultimately building a product in the Web3 space.
Ambition, and passion for Web3, are key attributes that a successful applicant will possess. As well as real life commercial experience in the Web3 or DeFi space.
You will be required to have experience in:
- ReactJS
- Typescript
- Solidity
- AWS
This is an executive level role, and our client are offering goodbase pay as well as a large amount of the DAO coin. For which they are looking at a minimum of 4x valuation.
