An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and inspire a small group of talented Engineers, across Software, DevOps and QA.

You'll be driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Oversee resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision making and innovation.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical environment, preferably in Software or DevOps
• Strong technical expertise in engineering principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
