Responsibilities:
* Supervised a team of four Machine Learning Engineers to create ML solutions spanning marketing, product development, and operational improvements, including tailored models for medical recommendations.
* Worked closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers to construct machine-learning infused systems.
* Provided informed guidance for decision-making processes leveraging data insights and statistical methodologies.
* Addressed unique challenges in forecasting and prescribing personalized medical treatments for individuals.
* Fostered a comprehensive understanding of ML and AI-based tools applicable to addressing diverse end-user needs, such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and generative AI, and steered our overarching strategy concerning machine learning and data utilization.

Requirements:
* Accumulated over a decade of experience in data science or machine learning, consistently implementing incremental improvements that enhance product metrics through the utilization of machine learning technologies.
* Demonstrated proficiency in spearheading technical teams comprising Machine Learning Engineers or advanced Data Science professionals.
* Possess a strong foundation in core machine learning principles, modeling methodologies, and the operationalization of machine learning models.
* Thoroughly acquainted with contemporary data science and machine learning toolsets.
