Data Governance Lead
ONSITE (NYC)/FTE
150k Base range

Our client is undergoing a digital transformation and is looking for someone to set new foundations in their Data Governance practice. This full-time NYC based role is a great opportunity to be in the forefront of setting Data standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a committee that educations, trains, and champions data literacy in the enterprise.
  • Evaluate current quality processes to identify upskilling needs.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with other technical stakeholders to drive and manage the implementation of a governance roadmap.
  • Define and optimize frameworks for easy & secure data access methods.


Experience needed:

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of expierence in governance related positions.
  • Data Governance certifications (DAMA, etc).
  • Foundational knowledge in data quality methods.
  • Relationship building mindset
