Oracle HCM Technical Consultant - Full Remote - 3 Month Contract - Very Strong Likelihood of Long-Term Extension

A long time Oracle Consulting Partner is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant. You will be responsible for Business Intelligence Reporting across multiple modules and aspects of the implementation project. You will be required to contribute independently supporting both Functional and Technical elements of the project lifecycle.

Term: Contract - Estimated 3 Months with a strong possibility of extension.
Location: Full Remote with client location in VA
Hourly Rate: Up to $85/hr

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience as a lead working in Oracle with an emphasis around Technical responsibilities and Business Intelligence.
• Functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Oracle Recruiting is a plus
• Hands-on experience throughout the entire lifecycle with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
• Experience generating both BIP reports and HCM extracts
• Higher education a plus
• Experience in the Public Education and Local Government sectors a plus
