Responsibilities:
- Garner insights from internal data and relay insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead the charge in automation efforts, data management processes, introducing new technology to processes, data transfer processes, and metadata for transfer specifications.
- Create and standarize workflows that will be followed by junior Data Scientist.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in data science positions.
- BS degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, or similar field.
- Clinical experience is a must, adhering to FDA, PMDA, and ICH guidelines.
- Software development skills
- Pharma, CRO, or Healthcare experience.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, SAS, MATLAB, or SPSS
