Clinical Data Analyst
12-Month Contract | Pediatric Health System
Remote
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Data Analyst to support a leading Pediatric Health System on a contract basis. This is a high-impact role for a data expert with strong Epic and SQL capabilities who's ready to dive into complex clinical data environments and deliver meaningful insights that drive patient care forward.

What You'll Do:


  • Design, develop, and optimize complex custom clinical reports within Epic Clarity (not just registry or canned reports)

  • Write and maintain advanced PL/SQL and T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures

  • Automate and enhance workflows using Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and IT teams to meet data needs

  • Ensure data accuracy, usability, and security across platforms

What You Bring:


  • Active Epic Clarity certification (required)

  • Proven expertise in Epic clinical reporting with deep customization capabilities

  • Strong command of PL/SQL and T-SQL, with experience in stored procedure development

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Prior experience in healthcare, ideally pediatrics, a plus
