Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - AdTech
iO Associates are currently recruiting for a scaling AdTech company at the forefront of digital innovation. They deliver cutting-edge advertising technology solutions that empower global brands and agencies to achieve measurable growth.
As CRO, you will own the company's revenue strategy, sales operations, and go-to-market execution. You'll work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across direct sales, partnerships, and programmatic channels. This is a key executive role reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the global sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Own and optimize the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention and expansion.
- Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies across AdTech verticals (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, agencies, brands).
- Establish and manage KPIs, forecasting models, and revenue reporting systems.
- Drive strategic partnerships and enterprise deal-making with media, data, and platform partners.
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture across the revenue organization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in senior sales/revenue roles, with at least 5 years in the AdTech ecosystem.
- Proven success scaling ARR in a fast-growth environment.
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape and digital media value chain.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and revenue ops best practices.
