Certinia Implementation Consultant

We have several openings available for Certinia Implementation Consultants! These positions are remote, client facing and focused on the finance/accounting modules. Salaried hires are preferred, though we will consider contract and contract to hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement Certinia ERP solutions on time and within best practices.
• Support project scope from discovery through to delivery, providing a great client experience.
• Work cross-functionally, and with senior stakeholders, supporting cohesive communication and requirement gathering.
• Deliver quality hands-on support work e.g., testing and validation, support complex processes or flows, and deliver post implementation user training.
• Perform work autonomously and maintain a high standard of communication with customers and colleagues.
• Stay up to date with new trends and releases re: Certinia, Salesforce, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Certinia ERP experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and platform basics (certifications preferred.)
• Experience working with Accounting and Financial Management modules: FFA, Billing Central.
• Hands on experience with flows or Apex are a bonus.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), comfortable presenting to customers.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
